Just like in elementary school, field trip days are the BEST days! Today we got up early and went on a trip to the famous French Roquefort. We visited a sheep farm that provides milk for Societe, a cheese company. We then traveled from the farm to the actual maturing cellars in caves. Tomorrow we are back in the classroom to learn about animal production and continue French lessons. I am still pretty bad at the language but it’s an improvement from what I came here knowing… Which was nothing!
